Job Title: Showroom Sales Trainee

Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi

Duration: 3-Month Training Program. Full-Time position will be offered based on performance.

Work Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday Closed)

Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales Trainee. This three-month training program is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in retail sales. The role offers the potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the program, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist store staff with the handling of walk-in and online customers, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Help in maintaining and organizing the store display to optimize visual appeal and product accessibility.
• Support order management processes, including order taking, tracking, and fulfillment.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and product knowledge to effectively engage with customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned to support the team and store operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales, retail, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners).
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
