For Cancellations, Log in to your Starkle account and go to Your Orders. You will find an option to Cancel your Order. Customer can cancel the order within 30 days and refund will be initiated within 3-5 days once we receive the return.

You can return or exchange any purchase within 30 days after your item was received and refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. However, Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account within 3-5 business days.
