Repair Warranty & Lifetime Exchange Policy

One Year Repair Warranty

Our jewellery is covered by a one year warranty, under which we fully cover repairs within the first year of purchase relating to:

- Basic breakages of jewellery

- Any loss of diamonds

You can bring the piece to our Lajpat Nagar store, New Delhi, or request a reverse pickup.

Note: whether a piece can be repaired depends on the degree of damage. While our team will do their best to restore it to its previous condition, some pieces may be damaged beyond repair. For pieces that cannot be repaired, you can choose our Lifetime Exchange Policy.

Shipping charges for the reverse pickup and post-repair delivery are borne by the customer.

Repairs after the warranty period are chargeable.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals.

Opal stones are not covered under the one year warranty.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

Our lifetime exchange policy lets you return your Starkle jewellery in exchange for store credit or an online gift card. You can bring the piece to our Lajpat Nagar store or ask us to book a reverse pickup.

Reverse shipping charges are borne by the customer.

Under the exchange policy, we provide store credit or an online gift card for an amount equivalent to:

100% of the prevailing gold metal rate (market rate) for your jewellery's purity

90% for diamonds and solitaires

80% for lab grown diamonds

80% for precious gemstones (sapphires, rubies, emeralds)

Semi-precious gemstones are not covered under lifetime exchange.

We do not accept exchanges without either an authenticity certificate or an invoice.
