Repair Warranty & Lifetime Exchange Policy
One Year Repair Warranty
Our jewellery pieces are covered under a one year warranty, wherein we fully cover
repairs within the first year of purchase relating to
- Basic breakages of Jewellery
- Any loss of diamonds.
You can either bring the item to one of our retail stores or request a reverse pickup.
Note: The repairability of the item depends on the degree of damage/breakage. While our staff will do their best to restore your item to its previous condition, some items may be damaged/broken beyond repair.
For items which cannot be fixed via our repair service, you can choose to opt for our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
The shipping charges for the reverse pickup and post-repair delivery will be borne by the customer.
Subsequent repairs after the expiration of the warranty are chargeable.
The warranty does not cover any damage to the item due to harsh chemical exposure.
Opal Stones are not covered under the one year warranty.
Lifetime Exchange Policy
Our lifetime exchange policy allows you to return your Starkle Jewellery in exchange for store credit or an online gift card. You can simply bring the product into our stores or ask us to book a reverse shipping for your items.
Please note, the reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer
Under the exchange policy, we will provide you with store credit or an online gift card for an amount equivalent to
100% of the prevailing gold metal rate (Market Rate) for your jewellery's purity.
The prevailing DIAMOND RETURN rate as decided by the company, i.e. Starkle Jewels Pvt. Ltd.
We will not accept any exchanges that are not accompanied by either an authenticity certificate or an invoice.
Gemstones are not covered under lifetime exchange
