Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on starkle.in with Starkle Jewels Private Limited.

Dispatch timelines

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of your order being confirmed.

Made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 21 to 25 days. Each one is made for you and goes through manufacturing, BIS hallmarking and certification before it leaves us.

Delivery

We ship only within India, through specialist jewellery couriers. Every order is securely packed and fully insured in transit, and is usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch.

These timelines are estimates. Occasionally, deliveries can be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, weather, public holidays or delays at the hallmarking centre. If that happens, we will keep you informed.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹250 charge, which is not refundable.

Payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD is not available on all pincodes).
