Timings: 10.30am - 7.30pm (6 Days a week)

Starkle is a Delhi based start-up born out of the idea that precious jewellery should be fine-tuned to match the discerning needs of the current generation. Our jewellery is made from solid gold, diamonds and gemstones and we operate via our website starkle.in as well as via offline stores in Delhi.

Role

• Handling walk-in customers in stores, showing them jewellery
• Invoicing customer purchases, handling returns and exchanges.
• Maintaining store inventory.
• Setting up and taking down store display
• Providing updates to online customers via phone and whatsApp
• Packing and shipping customer orders.
• Ensuring the store is well maintained.

Eligibility:

• Graduate from a reputed College with a stellar academic record.
• Those pursuing Master's via correspondence/remotely may also apply.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must.
• A self-starter with a drive to learn.
• Impeccable grammar and spelling and excellent writing and speaking skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently, effectively and appropriately with third parties, wider team & senior management.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience is a plus.

Compensation

Between 18,000 to 22,000 monthly depending on experience.
